Message 34: THE END HAS COME – FINISH WELL, MY CHILDREN!

– Mark Chen 12-19-2014

Dearest brothers and sisters,

This is the newest message I have received from the Lord, and it is essentially a pastoral letter to His children, both to unbelievers and believers in the world. To the lost sheep, the Good Shepherd beckons to them as He continues to call out to them to enter the safety of His flock. To those of us who belong to the Good Shepherd, the Lord encourages us to persevere in Him, because the end has come, and the finish line draws near! I was asked to write this message from the Lord, after He had led me to read Ezekiel 7, which is another confirmation to me that the end of the Church age is here.

What remains now is for the relevant, prophesied geopolitical events in the Middle east and elsewhere in the world to come to pass, before the cosmic signs in the skies appear, followed by the global earthquake that will herald the arrival of the coming 3 Days of Darkness. Those of you who have been following the Lord's messages here on my FB page will know what to expect thereafter, which is the Great Soul Harvest that leads up to the first Rapture. I have also included an explanatory note at the end.

Note: I know that some of you may not wish to read through the numerous Bible verses I always include with every message from the Lord Jesus Christ, but I wish to encourage you to do so, as His Word is living and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Let His Word speak to you personally this day, in coordination with this end-time message of exhortation, and may you be greatly blessed by the Living Word, Jesus Christ!

THE END HAS COME – FINISH WELL, MY CHILDREN!

“My children, many of you have been watching the end-time signs prophesied in My Scriptures being fulfilled in your world today, and as many of My messengers have noted, these signs are happening at an amazing rate. Many of you recognize that these are the birth pains I have warned about in My written Word, for they must come to pass as I have told My disciples, before the end of the age of My grace and mercy shall come.

Indeed, the end has come, My loves, for I must restore all things to how they were in the beginning before mankind fell into sin. To do so, My Father and I must cleanse the earth of all filth, wickedness and evil in a holy baptism of fire that will destroy even the elements. This is most painful for us, for We know that many will perish in the coming days and pass into eternal condemnation, for they love evil and refuse to receive the Truth, the Way and the Life. Only I, Jesus Christ of Nazareth, can save you from your sins, rebellion and eternal punishment in the lake of fire. My children, the end has come!

To my lost sheep, will you continue to grope in the kingdom of darkness? Will you not choose life over death, freedom over bondage to sin, and walk in My marvellous Light? I have sent you warning after warning through My messengers and prophets concerning certain destruction, if you refuse to repent and turn away from your rebellious ways and to seek My Face in true contrition and humility. How many of you have heeded My warnings? Not many, My children. This is why the time has come for your chastening and punishment!

Too many of you have mocked My servants and scoffed at their messages of My coming judgment. Do you not realize that when you do these things, you are mocking Me and My Father – the Great I AM? Have you no fear of the Living God, the Giver of Life and the Creator of all good things? The One who gives you the breath of life has the power and authority to take it from you! What, then, will you do, when I demand your very life and you are not under the covering of My Blood and My Redemption? You will perish in hell! There will be no redemption for you then, My children. Not only so, your final destination is the lake of fire where your souls will find no rest from torment, for all eternity.

Do you not realize how serious this is, My children? Call on Me now, while there is still breath in your body to do so, for no one knows when I will require their life from them. My Hands remain stretched out to you, My rebellious children, for it is not My desire that any of you should perish! Come to Me in genuine repentance, and allow Me to save you from the wages of sin, which is death. I love you, My lost sheep, I truly do, for I endured a painful and humiliating death on the Cross at Calvary, in order that I may win you back to My Father and I, through faith in the atonement by My Blood and My Body that was torn for you.

I say this with tears in My Eyes, for I cannot deliver you from the death and destruction of your soul, if you refuse to place child-like faith in Me and My promises to you. I cannot, and will not, force My children to choose Me, for all who hear My message of salvation must decide their eternal destiny for themselves. Hearken to My voice this day, My lost sheep! Do not harden your hearts when you hear Me knock on the door of your soul. Open the door and invite Me in, for I long to dine with you and show you the Life-giving Bread and the Living Fountain of Water that only I can give to you! The world is crumbling all around you, My children, and you are running out of time to find the only safe refuge that is Me!

To My redeemed children, the saints of God Most High, I call to you to persevere in your race and finish well, for the end has come! Do not be tempted off the straight and narrow path of Life now, My loves, but remain in Me, and I will remain in you. Keep your eyes fixed on Me always, and let nothing hinder you from completing the race that you are running by My grace, for I AM able to keep you from falling off the course I have set you on. Have I not called you to Me, My loves? Am I not able to keep My promises to you? I tell you the truth, I AM more than able and willing to keep you to the end, for I AM faithful and I will do so, because I cannot deny Myself!

Therefore, do not worry about the mistakes you have made in the past or the many times you have fallen and stumbled in your journey with Me, for I AM always here to restore you to Myself in My grace and love. Seek My forgiveness in true repentance and I will surely restore you, My loves. Do not believe the enemy’s lies when he tries to convince you that you have fallen beyond My love, for My grace is sufficient for you and My power is made perfect in your weakness!

It does not matter to Me if you did not start well, or if you believe that you have fallen too many times in your journey of salvation in Me. What truly matters to Me is that YOU FINISH WELL! Do not look back now, My loves, but look ahead and keep running towards the finish line by fixing your eyes on Me. It isn’t far now, My beloved saints, and I await to receive you as you cross that finish line. Know that I will award the promised crown of righteousness to all of you who persevere in Me to the very end! To those who overcome the world by the victory I have won for you on the Cross, I will write My Name on your foreheads and I will write your names on the pillars in the Temple of My God. All of heaven is cheering for you, My loves, do you not know this? I, your LORD and Saviour, will carry you on My strong back to the finish line if you need Me to, for I will not let any of My chosen saints falter before the end!”

~ With all of My everlasting Love, Jesus Christ- the Overcomer.

Ezekiel 7:1-9 (NASB)
7 Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me saying, 2 “And you, son of man, thus says the Lord God to the land of Israel, ‘An end! The end is coming on the four corners of the land. 3 Now the end is upon you, and I will send My anger against you; I will judge you according to your ways and bring all your abominations upon you. 4 For My eye will have no pity on you, nor will I spare you, but I will bring your ways upon you, and your abominations will be among you; then you will know that I am the Lord!’
5 “Thus says the Lord God, ‘A disaster, unique disaster, behold it is coming! 6 An end is coming; the end has come! It has awakened against you; behold, it has come! 7 Your doom has come to you, O inhabitant of the land. The time has come, the day is near—tumult rather than joyful shouting on the mountains.8 Now I will shortly pour out My wrath on you and spend My anger against you; judge you according to your ways and bring on you all your abominations. 9 My eye will show no pity nor will I spare. I will repay you according to your ways, while your abominations are in your midst; then you will know that I, the Lord, do the smiting.

Matthew 24:4-13 (NASB)
4 And Jesus answered and said to them, “See to it that no one misleads you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will mislead many. 6 You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not frightened, for those things must take place, but that is not yet the end. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and in various places there will be famines and earthquakes. 8 But all these things are merely the beginning of birth pangs.
9 “Then they will deliver you to tribulation, and will kill you, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name. 10 At that time many will fall away and will betray one another and hate one another. 11 Many false prophets will arise and will mislead many. 12 Because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.

2 Peter 3:3-13 (NASB)
3 Know this first of all, that in the last days mockers will come with their mocking, following after their own lusts, 4 and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For ever since the fathers fell asleep, all continues just as it was from the beginning of creation.” 5 For when they maintain this, it escapes their notice that by the word of God the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and by water, 6 through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water. 7 But by His word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.
8 But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day. 9 The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance.
10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up.
11 Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what sort of people ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! 13 But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.

Ezekiel 18:23, 32 (NIV)
23 “Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked?” declares the Sovereign LORD. “Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live?”
32 “For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone,” declares the Sovereign LORD. “Repent and live!”

Matthew 1:20b-21 (NASB)
“Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for the Child who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit.21 She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.”

John 14:6 (NASB)
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.

Isaiah 43:11 (NASB)
"I, even I, am the LORD, And there is no savior besides Me.”

2 Corinthians 4:4 (NLT)
Satan, who is the god of this world, has blinded the minds of those who don't believe. They are unable to see the glorious light of the Good News. They don't understand this message about the glory of Christ, who is the exact likeness of God.

Matthew 4:16 (NASB)
“The people who were sitting in darkness saw a great Light,
And those who were sitting in the land and shadow of death,
Upon them a Light dawned.”
John 8:12 (NASB)
Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, "I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life."

Ephesians 5:14 (NASB)
For this reason it says, "Awake, sleeper, And arise from the dead, And Christ will shine on you."

Luke 15:3-7 (NASB)
3 So He told them this parable, saying, 4 “What man among you, if he has a hundred sheep and has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the[b]open pasture and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? 5 When he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. 6 And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, ‘Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ 7 I tell you that in the same way, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.

John 10:11-16 (NASB)
11 “I am the good shepherd; the good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep. 12 He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who is not the owner of the sheep, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them and scatters them. 13 He flees because he is a hired hand and is not concerned about the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd, and I know My own and My own know Me, 15 even as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep. 16 I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd.

Isaiah 65:2 (NASB)
"I have spread out My hands all day long to a rebellious people,
Who walk in the way which is not good, following their own thoughts,”

2 Chronicles 36:15-16 (NASB)
15 The LORD, the God of their fathers, sent word to them again and again by His messengers, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place; 16 but they continually mocked the messengers of God, despised His words and scoffed at His prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against His people, until there was no remedy.

Hebrews 9:27-28 (NIV)
27 Just as people are destined to die once, and after that to face judgment, 28 so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

Psalm 51:17 (NASB)
My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.

John 3:36 (NASB)
"He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."

Revelation 6:12-17 (NASB)
12 I looked when He broke the sixth seal, and there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth made of hair, and the whole moon became like blood; 13 and the stars of the sky fell to the earth, as a fig tree casts its unripe figs when shaken by a great wind. 14 The sky was split apart like a scroll when it is rolled up, and every mountain and island were moved out of their places. 15 Then the kings of the earth and the great men and the commanders and the rich and the strong and every slave and free man hid themselves in the caves and among the rocks of the mountains; 16 and they *said to the mountains and to the rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the presence of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb; 17 for the great day of their wrath has come, and who is able to stand?”

Revelation 21:5-8 (NASB)
5 And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” 6 Then He said to me, “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life without cost.7 He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. 8 But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

Hebrews 3:15 (NASB)
As it is said, “Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.”

Revelation 3:20 (NASB)
'Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.’

John 6:35 (NASB)
35 Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; he who comes to Me will not hunger, and he who believes in Me will never thirst.”
John 4:14 (NLT)
But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life."

John 15:4 (NASB)
4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me.

Hebrews 12:1-2 (NASB)
1 Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

2 Timothy 4:7-8 (NASB)
7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; 8 in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.

Philippians 4:12-14 (NASB)
12 Not that I have already obtained it or have already become perfect, but I press on so that I may lay hold of that for which also I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus. 13 Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 (NASB)
23 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.

Hebrews 10:35-39 (NASB)
35 Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. 36 For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised.
37 For yet in a very little while,
He who is coming will come, and will not delay.
38 But My righteous one shall live by faith;
And if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him.

39 But we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul.

1 Peter 5:8-10 (NASB)
8 Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 But resist him, firm in your faith, knowing that the same experiences of suffering are being accomplished by your brethren who are in the world. 10 After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen and establish you.

1 John 1:9 (NASB)
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

1 Peter 5:7 (NLT)
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.

Revelation 3:10-13 (NASB)
10 Because you have kept the word of My perseverance, I also will keep you from the hour of testing, that hour which is about to come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. 11 I am coming quickly; hold fast what you have, so that no one will take your crown. 12 He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will not go out from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God, and My new name. 13 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’

Jude 1:24-25 (NASB)
24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to make you stand in the presence of His glory blameless with great joy, 25 to the only God our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.

Note:
In this message, the Lord wants us, His saints, to persevere by His all-sufficient grace to reach the end of our journey of salvation in Him. Jesus wants us to know that we must not look back to the things in our past, which may hinder us from moving forward towards the finish line. Remember Lot's wife, who turned into a pillar of salt, because she longed for the wicked city of Sodom that was destroyed by God's fire of judgment? (Genesis 19:26) Similarly, we must not allow anything to keep us from winning that crown of righteousness which the apostle Paul speaks of in 2 Timothy 4:7-8.

At the same time, it is not as important whether we started our journey of faith well, or if we have stumbled and fallen often in this process of sanctification in Christ Jesus, but what matters is that WE FINISH WELL! Good biblical examples of this can be seen in the life of King Manasseh of Judah (2 Chronicles 33:1-20), and in the life of a well-known Judge of Israel, Samson (Judges chapters 13-16). What was the one common theme that they had? Both men was not faithful or obedient to God's calling and anointing upon them for a large part of their lives, but they returned to the LORD in faith, repentance and obedience in the end. This is what truly counted for them, because God wants all His people to finish well, and that certainly includes you and me!

All too often, we remember the great Kings of Judah, such as Solomon, Asa, Uzziah, Hezekiah and Josiah. What was the one common theme for all these kings? They started their reign over the kingdom well, by generally walking in the commands of God. However, each king failed to end their earthly reign well, because they had subsequently embraced the ways of the pagan idols (e.g. Solomon, Asa), or they had chosen not to trust and obey God's warning to them (e.g. Josiah), or they had allowed pride to enter into their heart (e.g. Uzziah, Hezekiah). Let us remember to finish well, but we can only do so if we continue to remain in Jesus Christ, our Good Shepherd, for we must ensure that we never take our eyes off from the Lord, our Saviour. He is more than able, and willing, to carry us to the end. Shalom!

Persevering by the Grace of God in Christ,
Mark Chen
