Message 33: My Children, Are You Actively Sharing The Soon Coming Of Your King With Those You Meet?

– Mark Chen 10-9-2014

Here's the latest message from the Lord to us. Please prayerfully discern the message and seek His confirmation personally as always. Kindly scroll to the end for the explanatory note that the Lord wants me to include. This message is meant to help us better understand what we need to do to be counted among the Bride of Christ. Shalom!

9 October 2014
“Write these Words down for My children, dear son. My loves, many of you have received the message I have given to My daughter, Gwendolen, concerning the passing on of her prophetic mantle to My son, Mark. Please do not doubt My Word, for I AM confirming it now through this message given to him. I have raised him up for this time, just as I have done for My dear daughter, Gwendolen. This is akin to the transfer of Elijah’s prophetic mantle to Elisha in the days of the kings of Israel and Judah. Do not be grieved over My daughter’s departure from this prophetic ministry, for she has begun a new ministry for Me in reaching the lost and the needy in her city with My Good News. Truly, she is a very special friend and daughter of the King!

My children, are you actively sharing the soon coming of your King with those you meet? Are you telling them that the Saviour of the world greatly desires their presence at the Wedding Feast of the Lamb in Heaven? Many are perishing from a lack of knowledge and too many church pastors and leaders are withholding the complete counsel of My Holy Scriptures from My sheep. They are not teaching My children the importance of living daily in My righteousness and holiness, through faith and repentance in Me. Too many fear the opinions of men, rather than the Opinion of the One and Only Good Shepherd!

Woe is to them, these false shepherds of My Church, for My wrath will surely consume them! Is it not written in My Word that I AM a consuming fire? Have I not declared that My divine judgment will begin in My House? I will chastise those whom I love, in order that they may repent and return to Me in faith and obedience. To those who have forgotten your First Love, I, YESHUA HAMASHIACH, say to you: REPENT! Return to Me, My children, for the time of Great Tribulation draws nearer and no one can escape, unless he or she is found to be worthy in Me. I want to rescue My beloved Bride from the coming wrath of God, but too many of My children are not interested to lose their worldly lives and surrender their wills fully to Me.

Let no one be mistaken, My loves, for I AM coming for a Bride who is without spot or blemish. She has consecrated herself fully to Me and puts Me first in every area of her life. She has died to her fleshly desires and nailed them to My Cross, and she patiently awaits her Bridegroom to lovingly rescue her from the time of Great Tribulation. Truly, My children, the righteous shall live by faith in Me, and without holiness, no one can see God.

Make it your first priority to seek Me each day, for I yearn to be with you in Our special place of meeting – the Holy of Holies in the Garden of My Father’s Heart. Allow Me to teach you more about Me, in order that you may truly know Me and My Ways, and to be truly known by Me. Every relationship has to be nurtured and this is certainly true for the King and His precious Bride. I AM your King and I want My Bride to know Me before Our Great Wedding Feast. Only those in My Church who know Me and who are known by Me will be at the Wedding Feast. These are the wise virgins. The foolish virgins will not attend the Wedding Banquet in Heaven, for I do not know them.

My loves, I wish dearly for all of you to know Me, your coming Bridegroom, in order that you are known by Me. What does it mean to be known by Me? To be known by Me is to know Me in an intimate way. The only way to know Me intimately is to come into My Presence daily and seek My Embrace. Put aside all the distractions of this world and be still in My Presence, as I speak to you in My gentle small voice. I will reveal Myself to you through My Holy Scriptures, for My written Word is My Love Letter to My Bride. What is the Holy Bible? Is it not the Greatest Love Story of all time? My Scriptures speak of God’s perfect divine Love for His creation and how He has determined before the foundation of the world to rescue them from their sins and destruction. Greater love has no man than to lay his life down for his friends. The Bridegroom gives His Life freely for His beloved Bride, that she may be One with Him through His Body and His Blood.

I, your Bridegroom, love you with an everlasting Love! Hearken to My Voice this day, My loves, for I AM coming soon!”

~ Your Bridegroom and King, Yeshua HaMashiach

2 Kings 2:7-15a
7 Now fifty men of the sons of the prophets went and stood opposite them at a distance, while the two of them stood by the Jordan. 8 Elijah took his mantle and folded it together and struck the waters, and they were divided here and there, so that the two of them crossed over on dry ground.
9 When they had crossed over, Elijah said to Elisha, “Ask what I shall do for you before I am taken from you.” And Elisha said, “Please, let a double portion of your spirit be upon me.” 10 He said, “You have asked a hard thing. Nevertheless, if you see me when I am taken from you, it shall be so for you; but if not, it shall not be so.” 11 As they were going along and talking, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire and horses of fire which separated the two of them. And Elijah went up by a whirlwind to heaven. 12 Elisha saw it and cried out, “My father, my father, the chariots of Israel and its horsemen!” And he saw Elijah no more. Then he took hold of his own clothes and tore them in two pieces. 13 He also took up the mantle of Elijah that fell from him and returned and stood by the bank of the Jordan. 14 He took the mantle of Elijah that fell from him and struck the waters and said, “Where is the Lord, the God of Elijah?” And when he also had struck the waters, they were divided here and there; and Elisha crossed over.
15 Now when the sons of the prophets who were at Jericho opposite him saw him, they said, “The spirit of Elijah rests on Elisha.”

Romans 10:14-15
14 How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? 15 How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!”

Matthew 22:1-14
Jesus spoke to them again in parables, saying, 2 “The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son. 3 And he sent out his slaves to call those who had been invited to the wedding feast, and they were unwilling to come. 4 Again he sent out other slaves saying, ‘Tell those who have been invited, “Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fattened livestock are all butchered and everything is ready; come to the wedding feast.”’ 5 But they paid no attention and went their way, one to his own farm, another to his business, 6 and the rest seized his slaves and mistreated them and killed them. 7 But the king was enraged, and he sent his armies and destroyed those murderers and set their city on fire. 8 Then he said to his slaves, ‘The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy. 9 Go therefore to the main highways, and as many as you find there, invite to the wedding feast.’ 10 Those slaves went out into the streets and gathered together all they found, both evil and good; and the wedding hall was filled with dinner guests.
11 “But when the king came in to look over the dinner guests, he saw a man there who was not dressed in wedding clothes, 12 and he *said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without wedding clothes?’ And the man was speechless. 13 Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, and throw him into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14 For many are called, but few are chosen.”

Hosea 4:6
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being My priest. Since you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.

Matthew 23:13
"But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you shut off the kingdom of heaven from people; for you do not enter in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in."

Acts 4:19
But Peter and John answered and said to them, "Whether it is right in the sight of God to give heed to you rather than to God, you be the judge;

Acts 5:29
But Peter and the apostles answered, "We must obey God rather than men.

Hebrews 12:14 (NIV)
Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

1 Peter 1:15-16
15 but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; 16 because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”

Hebrews 12:5-6, 28-29
5 and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons,
“My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord,
Nor faint when you are reproved by Him;
6 For those whom the Lord loves He disciplines,
And He scourges every son whom He receives.”
28 Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe; 29 for our God is a consuming fire.

1 Peter 4:17
For it is time for judgment to begin with the household of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?

Revelation 2:4
But I have this against you, that you have left your first love.

2 Chronicles 7:14
if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Matthew 10:37-39
37 “He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. 38 And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. 39 He who has found his life will lose it, and he who has lost his life for My sake will find it.

1 Thessalonians 5:9 (NIV)
For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 1:7
In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace

Ephesians 5:25-27, 31-32
25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself up for her, 26 so that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, 27 that He might present to Himself the church in all her glory, having no spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that she would be holy and blameless.

31 For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and shall be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. 32 This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church.

Galatians 3:11
Now that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for, “The righteous man shall live by faith.”

Galatians 2:20
I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.

Galatians 5:24
Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

Jeremiah 9:23-24
23 Thus says the Lord, “Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; 24 but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the Lord who exercises lovingkindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things,” declares the Lord.

Song of Solomon 2:4, 10
4 “He has brought me to his banquet hall,
And his banner over me is love."

10 "My beloved responded and said to me, 'Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, And come along."

Matthew 25:1-13
“Then the kingdom of heaven will be comparable to ten virgins, who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2 Five of them were foolish, and five were prudent. 3 For when the foolish took their lamps, they took no oil with them, 4 but the prudent took oil in flasks along with their lamps. 5 Now while the bridegroom was delaying, they all got drowsy and began to sleep. 6 But at midnight there was a shout, ‘Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him.’ 7 Then all those virgins rose and trimmed their lamps. 8 The foolish said to the prudent, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ 9 But the prudent answered, ‘No, there will not be enough for us and you too; go instead to the dealers and buy some for yourselves.’ 10 And while they were going away to make the purchase, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast; and the door was shut. 11 Later the other virgins also came, saying, ‘Lord, lord, open up for us.’ 12 But he answered, ‘Truly I say to you, I do not know you.’ 13 Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour."

Matthew 7:21-23
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. 22 Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness.’

Then tell her to help me.” 41 But the Lord answered and said to her,“Martha, Martha, you are worried and bothered about so many things; 42 but only one thing is necessary, for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.”

John 3:16
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."

Note:
The Lord wants me to explain a crucial portion of this message: what does it mean to know the Lord and to be known by Him?

The reason this is important is that only those who know the Lord and are known by the Lord will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. In Matthew 7:21-23, we read about people who will believe that they are true Christians on account of their seeming ability to prophesy, cast out demons, and perform miraculous signs in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Yet, the Lord will tell them the shocking and terrifying truth that He knew them not. This revelation to the false believers will be shocking, because they would have considered themselves to be true disciples of Christ on account of their 'spiritual gifts'. At the same time, the Lord's declaration will be terrifying, because it will be His pronouncement of judgment upon them, one that carries eternal condemnation in the lake of fire. This scene describes the Lord's coming judgment upon all people at the end of the Great Tribulation, and a similar comparison can be found in the Parable of the Goats and the Sheep (Matthew 25:31-46).

Let's do a quick word study. The important word 'knew' (Matthew 7:23) is denoted by the Greek verb γινώσκω (transliteration: ginóskó). Here is a brief description of this word's usage from Strong's Concordance:

1097 ginṓskō – properly, to know, especially through personal experience (first-hand acquaintance). 1097 /ginṓskō ("experientially know") is used for example in Lk 1:34, "And Mary [a virgin] said to the angel, 'How will this be since I do not know (1097 /ginṓskō = sexual intimacy) a man?'"

From this explanation, we see an important connection between the verb 'know' (ginóskó) and intimacy. To 'know' the Lord means to have an intimate knowledge of Jesus through a personal experience of Him, as we seek to 'know' the Lord in our regular quiet time with Him. This same word 'know' (ginóskó) is also seen in Matthew 1:25, where it is written that Joseph took Mary home as his wife but did not 'know '(ginóskó) her intimately until she gave birth to a son, Jesus, the Christ. Hence, for any of us to be a member of the Bride of Christ, we must 'know' (ginóskó) Him intimately, not necessarily in the physical sense, but in the spiritual sense.

What then, is the real test of whether we truly 'know' the Lord Jesus Christ? It is obedience to our heavenly Father's will, as we read in Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven."

Dear brothers and sisters-in-Christ, do we 'know' the Lord intimately through personal experience, and do we 'know' His divine character and attributes? Do we obey God's commandments (John 14:21)? Do we meet the standard that the LORD has set for us in Jeremiah 9:23-24?

23 Thus says the Lord, “Let not a wise man boast of his wisdom, and let not the mighty man boast of his might, let not a rich man boast of his riches; 24 but let him who boasts boast of this, that he understands and KNOWS Me, that I am the Lord who exercises lovingkindness, justice and righteousness on earth; for I delight in these things,” declares the Lord. (Bold emphasis is mine.)

Not by coincidence, the Hebrew word denoting 'knows' in Jeremiah 9:23-24 is יָדַע (transliteration: yada), which also denotes an intimate knowledge of someone, as the Greek word ginóskó (Matthew 7:23) does.

Like the apostle Paul, let us resolve to know nothing but Christ and Him crucified (1 Corinthians 2:2). Only then can we truly be counted among the Bride of Christ, whom the Lord Jesus will rescue from the coming wrath of God in the Rapture of the Bride (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, 5:9). Amen! Hallelujah!

Blessings and Love,
Mark Chen
